Pizza Hut

LAWRENCE the delivery driver needs a raise for all you all have him doing, I’m giving this 5 stars because of my driver that brought my food. I was very pleased with the service he gave me. But as far as Pizza Hut as a company I would give you all 2 stars due to your lack of communication with the customers telling us that our food is on the way and hour before it really even gets out of the oven is ridiculous. I love the food it was hot but you all need to call the customer and let them know that it says the foods on the way but maybe you’ll have the delivery driver call when it’s really on the way. Someone give this man a raise.

We asked for extra sauce for our Detroit style pizza. It had very little sauce on it to begin with as well as very little pepperoni. Barely had any Parm on the bread sticks. They gave us marinara sauce which is not the same. Over all everything tasted good. We just like extra. However this pizza is constantly sold out so we do understand the need to be conservative so there is more to go around.

This is by far the best Pizza Hut in the city IMO. When ordering from them I typically ask and pay for triple extra cheese (to have the pizza caked with it). And, two weeks ago when I ordered a pizza, oh my it was perfect and delicious. Each time I order pizza it tastes better than the last time. Thanks from a very satisfied customer!

Sharing a dine in experience....we ordered a couple of pizzas and an order of wings. After receiving the food at our table in about 20 to 25 minutes, which is not bad, the pizzas were hot but not the wings. The wings should have been prepared according to the timing of the pizzas being cooked. I am giving the rating of 4 stars because the food was excellent! Wish I could have given a five, if not for the timing issue.
