Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Our visits to this restaurant is never bad. We had a waiter named Carly who took really care of us the only things I’d say would be to make sure your nails are cleaned because that’s the first thing people look for. Secondly, we didn’t get any utensils whenever we were seated but when we ask the host informed us that there wasn’t any cleaned.

Y’all!! BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER!!! Oh my goodness!! So we came through here on our way to Branson MO to see sight n sound, and we had to stop because we don’t have a Red Robin ANYWHERE near where we live. Let me just tell ya, the food came out PICTURE PERFECT!! I’ve NEVER seen a burger bun come out fluffy and perfect and the burger not dripping in grease… it was absolute perfection here! All our table’s food was delicious! We asked the server for recommendations of hidden gems to do before leaving the area, and not only did she give us some ideas, but another server on her way out the door after a shift did too, as well as the manager gave us some awesome diamonds in the rough things to do!! So excited!! And on top of the already excellent experience, the manager gifted us an Ice Cream Mountain dessert and some coupons for future use!!! WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

This is probably only the 3rd different Red Robin I've been to because we normally go to the one by our house in Kansas. The vibe is just different in this one. Lighting is somewhat darker and waitress was polite but didn't really check on us much even tho it wasn't busy. Food was warm and good but they didn't bring out any fries or before or food came out. Like I said before just a different vibe all together.

Update: We visited again today and tried a few new things. Got some banzi boneless wings as an appetizer and they were great. I tried the Red's Double and it is now one of my favorites. The garlic fries and the mad love burger were not very appetizing. Alrighty, we visited here for lunch today. We have been several times but I haven't reviewed it yet. Red Robin is always a great place to eat I've never had a bad experience here. Obviously they mostly sell Burgers but they do have other items on their menu. Besides the burgers being awesome, they give you bottomless fries or bottomless broccoli with them. Price is a little above average, but you do get great food portions. Or should I say bottomless portions. The atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly. For us, once we have stuffed our tummies, we go for a walk around the mall to burn off the food. We always have a good time and I highly recommend going here.

Ordered the burger with jalapeño on it. It was good but NOT the best. I ordered it medium and it was kinda dry. I normally DONT leave food especially a burger on my plate but I left the last few bites. I also ordered the unlimited root beer float with more root beer than ice cream and it was amazing. Someone at my table ordered the garlic fries and I taste them and they were really Good. Put some butter on the bun and grill it on grill 😋 and maybe it will be better. For Red Robin to be a burger place I was expecting the juiciest burger EVER. Wait staff was really nice and attentive. She was new but very nice. Please stay that way 😊

Pretty great restaurant. My son and I went there for dinner, and it was decently busy. Great food, including the pretzel bites. The only issues we had were our pretzel bites going to the wrong table the first time, but that was resolved along with being charged for both of them. Roxann was a great server!
