Such a solid breakfast burrito! No complaints here, super satisfying, great portion sizes. The service was also great, very polite and engaging. Inside and outside proceeding, which is nice for a couple friends / family

Excellent food and beverages in an interesting setting. Variety of burritos for every mood. Parking is for the lucky and skillful in this area though.
Check out how Golden State is still churning their menu after 6pm.

Got the meatless chorizo sando. Perfect size for my appetite. Messy w the runny egg but good !
There are a few other meatless options that I’d like to try next time.

The bacon burrito was tasty and was not expecting the jalapeños which was a good addition. The donut I got was pretty well made too. The staff was very courteous but obviously way understaffed and seemed overwhelmed. I would recommend getting it delivered so you won’t have to deal with all that mess.

The only reason I attended this establishment was because according to Link from GMM or “Good Mythical Morning,” Cofax’s burritos are “hand scrambled.” They do in fact taste hand scrambled, put that on your menu Cofax! Amazing burritos!

My wife picked up 2 breakfast burritos from Cofax — bacon, and pastrami. Overall, both pretty delicious with the pastrami taking a slight edge. I would order it again.

Breakfast burrito was very good. Salsas included, especially the green, were excellent. I’d only suggest more vegetables in the veggie burrito, it was just a bit light on them. Still recommended for sure.

Cofax coffee and burritos are divine. I had the chorizo and a vanilla latte. Such a good bite before hitting the beach.

I had a Bacon Burrito with the Iced Vanilla Latte, my fiancé had the Chorizo Burrito with the Iced Americano.
They come with two dip options, a Salsa and Pico De Gallo.
Highly recommended!!
