First time trying this place out and it was very good. I’m a chips and salsa type of person and they were good as well.

Went for my birthday and got seated right away. We ordered drinks and guacamole and I ordered beef fajitas. They were good but needed lime juice or would have been to tasteless. The waiter was awesome and the man who brings drinks too. I liked the staff. But my friend ordered a tostada and it was covered in red enchilada sauce. She literally had to run to the bathroom due to the sauce. Tostadas should not use red sauce. It wasn't hot sauce but red enchilada sauce. Odd. I was pleased with my food and the cute little dessert they brought me for my birthday. Delicious flan. 😋 I was sad when I wanted to tip 15% and the electronic device had only 18% and two higher choices. Why don't they have 15% as a choice? Seems presumptuous and wring to assume I want to pay more when the bill was already over $50 for two plates and a small guacamole and two sodas? I pushed the custom tip button and paid 7$. I would have paid more had they not tried to force a customer to pay 18%. It's wrong. Reminded me if the Dodgers now wanting us to pay for a bag of peanuts using our credit cards on a handheld machine and also expecting 18% and up tips. Not me. I won't go to any more dodger games. Their hot dogs taste awful and getting tix and parking pass online was awful. Never could find the parking pass. Oh well I digress. Good food, great staff, but the tip forced down my throat not so good. And my poor friend was sick from the sauce.

The location was really cool and decorated for Halloween. The pumpkin margarita and raspberry margarita were delicious 😋 the beef crunchy taco yummy city. The pumpkin enchiladas were too sweet for me and not a fan of the corn cakes. The service was wonderful and the churro deep fried ice cream was tasty. Ten out of ten would totally recommend.

Great place for lunch or dinner. We didn’t have a wait when we went on a Saturday during lunch. We were sited right away. We ordered and food arrived super fast. The staff was very nice. We will be back for sure.

A really nice place to eat lunch. My friend and I had lunch there to support the American Legion Auxiliary fundraiser. She's eaten there many times before, this was my first time. The food was delicious! I had the spinach enchiladas with chipotle crema sauce, so delicious and better than the red sauce - just my opinion! Highly recommend...

Outdoor seating very popular but tables are set close. We had a family next to us that had trouble controlling their dog. Saturday, the servers were having trouble keeping up but kept their cool. The vegan tacos and spinach dish (I forget what it was called) made up for the slight inconvenience.

A local hangout for Mexican foods and margaritas. Has both indoor and outdoor seating. Miss the tortilla chips, salsa and guacamole (made to your liking).

Go for your birthday. So fun and you get s picture!! Plenty of indoor seating. There's a back room if you are having a much larger group, event or party. Outdoor seating is festive and cozy. Food is great. Portions are ok. Service by Nathan was superb. It gets busy at lunch. Parking can be tricky.

Best in LA- no doubt. Hard to believe the Best Mexican Restaurant in LA is in Tujunga of all places- but there it is!!!
Superior off spring of the ever popular Montrose location, the Tujunga Joselito's goes beyond your typical Mexican joint.
The value, service, quaility and ambiance leave you wanting more with each visit. You will want to keep trying the different dishes and the weekly specials.
Where else can you find a Margarita selection this large? No where else. They Master the craft of BOTH food and Margarita- Best Mexican? Yes, Please.
Some of the specialities that I have a personal fondness of are:
Enchiladas Suiza, Crispy Quesadilla, Taco Lito, and the Carne Asada as far as food goes.
And for drinks? Almond Joy Margarita (a house original made by the owner's wife I was told) and the Organic Margarita.
YOU JUST CAN'T BEAT THIS PLACE.
Everything is "just right".
I have to get my weekly fix on Friday nights-- sometimes it gets rather crowded, I would recommend a reservation. Oh and the parking is kinda tight.

The competition is just too tough. Seriously, the game here is between the excellent and the amazing. Joselito's just can't measure up. Maybe anywhere else this restaurant would be in the top tier: good food, giant margaritas, friendly staff, but here it struggles to be average. You can get better tacos from the food truck down the block, more interesting dishes from a dozen places within a short drive, and fresher flavors at many secret spots that have yet to show on urban spoon.
