Mcdonald's

My wife and I usually have good service here but they need to check their orders for accuracy. My wife got a Big Mac meal but it only contained 1 patty. I got a Quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal and it didn't contain the French fries. I was in a hurry and I live on the other side of town so I didn't return. It would be nice to have a little better accuracy.

Always forgetting items. First time it happened I was like it happens. Then it happened again, then again and I’m starting to feel they do it on purpose. After 6 times of coming home to missing items, that’s a bit much. Always check your bag before driving away! Fries are eh. Nuggets are always good though.

I was very agitated yesterday with dealing with this McDonald's on Oberlin Avenue. I worked a 9 hour day, got off work didn't have anything to eat all day, so I stopped here. I tried explaining that I had some cash and the rest was on my card, which wasn't much but it was enough for what I ordered. So what did they do? You may ask, the girl charged the whole amount on my card, it took the money I did have, then denied the amount but I wasn't refunded until 20 minutes later. Then she couldn't figure out what they did wrong on there part, she was not understanding what I was saying so then I try telling her, I just asked her for my cash back, which she handed it to me then I drove away. What were my choices ? 1.) Wait until she got a manager, and hold up the line? 2.) Wait until I was refunded then get the food, after 20 minutes 3.)Get my money back and go somewhere else which I did. Sorry Mcds you gotta step ya game up, cause all of that was a JOKE yesterday, I won't be eating there for awhile

My coworker and I stopped here for lunch. We went through the drive thru & the service was fairly quick. She ordered a fish sandwich & I ordered a quarter pounder & large tea. I checked the bag for accuracy & we left. Back at work, I open my box. It looked OK. I took a bite & thought it tasted--different. So, I go to look at the burger and see nothing but pink!!! I start pulling the burger apart, section by section. The whole burger was RAW! Sorry, McD. But I do NOT eat pink meat! I was thoroughly disgusted and yes, still hungry, McDonald's! Never again!
