Not greeted after entering. Not greeted after waiting for some time at the counter to even be seen. Not one smile from anyone let alone our server who seemed more like a zombie than a living human, the receipt named her as Katelynn. The dining room drink dispenser was out of several drink syrups, including the regular root beer that I had ordered. Had to get the zombie to fill it at the drive-thru, she handed my cup to someone else out of my sight. We did have the correct sandwiches and my special chicken sandwich was actually made correctly. But, when we got to the truck, our fries were barely warm and tasted old. A man came in while we were ordering. He had gotten home to find two chicken sandwiches instead of the baconator and double cheeseburger that he had ordered. Not one smile on any of the employees faces who made eye contact with us. Not far from our worst experience at this store. Definitely far from the best.

This place is really bad anymore. You literally wait in line for 20 - 30 everytime I come here. They are so slow. Food tasted old and cold. An the staff they are the rudest around. Never get a nice greeting or even a smile out of anyone. Why work around customers if you can't be friendly. And fast food workers want paid more. Then you need to earn it. Make Quality food and have quality service. People just put food in a bag anymore and don't care what it looks like or tastes like.

We are a family of 6,and we decided a couple months ago that we were going to stop eating at fast food restaurants because there food was terrible. Me and my husband stopped at Wendy's on Thursday 1-10-22 to get lunch for ourselves and our children on our way to the aquarium and I have to say it was the best fast food that we have ate in months. The fries and burgers and chicken sandwiches were so fresh and perfect there prices haven't gone up and the employees were very pleasant.

Customer service is very inconsistent. Day crews are slow but usually polite or at least indifferent. Night crews can be rude and I've seen and heard of several arguments with customers over orders. My experience is that they make frequent mistakes with your order. Sometimes giving you completely different menu items, others just not customizing your item per request. My issued have been resolved satisfactory but even when you have the receipt and show the mistake, some staff members are still nasty to the customers. I have witnessed this with my coworkers. The food is usually a decent quality. They are consistently slow, more so than the other local Wendy's My last drive through experience at 7 am with no line or indoor customers was 11 minutes long. At lunch last week, it took 15 minutes to order and another 12 to get our food.
This time I gave them another shot. Only this time registers in the front are not working. They refuse to allow customers inside the restaurant use the place an order at drive through register. Including a woman who was walking.

To the owners of this Wendy's - Please close your doors and stop doing business. To the customers who still go to this location you are only wasting your over priced gas in drive thru or going inside patronizing this location. If I could this place negative 0 I would. This is not a fast food place but an opportunity too waste your life receiving garbage customer service and loss of patience with workers who clearly should be serving time with all the chips on their shoulders. I wasted 25 minutes and no food on this location. Only to go to McDonald's next door and receive the common decency to take an order and receive what I purchased less than 4 minutes.

If you go in instead of going through drive thru line, they make you wait until drive thru line is completely gone before they take your order. Definitely was enough staff too. In fact, front cashier walked in back and stood there gossiping with other coworkers as 7-8 of us stood in lobby waiting. I waited 30 minutes at the register to order and she literally stood in back staring at us while chatting it up with her 5-6 fellow coworkers. She wasn't new and being trained either. Before the crowd showed up in lobby she was on register just fine.

Food horrible. Buns hard ,fries cold and mushy,nuggets dry and old.seems to be this way every time. Just disgusting ! They don't seem to care if they make someone sick which I am sure will happen if they keep serving the quality of food they are serving.

The drive thru lady was so so disrespectful! Try charging me .75 cents for a sauce. Had an attitude because I asked fir sauce in the 1st place,slammed the window on me. I will never visit that Wendy's EVER!! Terrible service. I never had an issue with this place until after the pandemic hit now they have the worse ppl working at this location ever.
