Subway

I know it’s subway but seriously come on. I ordered turkey sandwich with vegetables and got a sandwich with just bacon. Then ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies for macadamia nut… called and the “manager” kept saying what do you want me to do? If it didn’t have vegetables then we were out and if you got the wrong cookies then we were out, what you want me to do?? Well you don’t substitute without checking and have nothing what attitude when your questioned…

My bill came up to 25.86 they wouldn't take any coupons, and I will not be going back to that Walmart. This is not the first time they have let me down. Secondly staff was all right, however, when we called the store he laughed at us, and didn't even offer a discount or gift card possibly to use at a future date. You call yourself a manager, I say not. Need to work on customer service skills.

I ask the worker (tall female glasses) can they put gloves on when handling with food. Her response " I asked the other worker if she can help me since there are 9 people in line she dont need gloves shes a cashier". Its mandatory in the food industry! I dont understand why common sense and regulations are being ignored. If I could no stars no more business from me.

This subway messed up my order so bad. I ordered a steak and cheese footlong sub with pickles, banana peppers, black olives, green peppers, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. All I got was lettuce and pickles. Not just a few pickles, it tasted like a whole jar of pickles on my sub. My boyfriend ordered a chicken bacon ranch footlong sub with banana peppers, lettuce, ranch, shredded Monterey cheese, and Parmesan cheese. He didn’t even get ranch sauce on it. All he had on his was bacon cheese and chicken. No lettuce, no banana peppers. I called up and whoever answered the phone, answered with “Hi” I said “Hello? That was a disrespectful way to answer the phone. Is this subway?” They said “yes this is subway, how may I help you?” I asked for a manager, there wasn’t one. No shift lead either. He didn’t give his name. So I spent $20 just to have to wait till tomorrow for a manager.
