Burger King

Went for dinner and got several combos. I guess they rushed through the order and slapped the burgers together. They put ALOT of mustard after we said no mustard. Burgers were made nothing how we asked to be made. Missing some fries and one burger we added bacon to it and the bacon was raw. We never eat at this location and will go further up the road for better service.

I have never spent less than 30minutes in this facility. Whether I'm inside, or going through the drive thru. There's nothing fast about this place whatsoever. Food is adequate at best, and employees aren't friendly in any way. By far worst Burger King I've ever visited. This place needs to be shut down, and have an entirely new set of employees brought in.

What's up with the bacon? Are employees not allowed to serve bacon on croissants? I've been eating at this Burger King for 30+ years. Can't remember ever getting a burger made wrong. I just started getting breakfast croissants a few years ago. Now 9 time's out of 10 I get sausage when I've ordered bacon. I chalked it up to Covid chaos & just quit getting breakfast here. After waiting over year to give them another chance, we picked up breakfast today. No other customers there yet. But as usual, we were given sausage on our croissants instead of bacon. Our receipt clearly showed we ordered bacon. I need answers: If the bacon is frozen or on back order, put a sign up! If the cook has cateracts, or dyslexia get a magnifying glass or color coded system (& I'll add back a star). If you're never going to give me bacon, just leave off the sausage & let me know. I will buy a package of precooked bacon for my office fridge & we'll all be happy.

This specific burger King, #5826, has the closest tasting chi'king to the Tyler location. The Tyler location makes such a good chi'king that I ate it immediately after my numbing wore off from a root canal. It was 100% worth it. In fact I loved the chi'king from Tyler TX so much that I had a friend make me vinyl decals of the chi'king logo on my tumblers. Since my first time trying the chi'king in Tyler, I have eaten at every fast food chicken place in Longview and nothing else compares except this locations chi'king. Also on my visit I just had to this location, I was asked to pull around to the front of the store(which I gladly wait for the sandwich everytime they tell me it will take a minute) and I waited on my sandwich to be handed to me. The most amazing thing about the visit is when she came out to give me the sandwich she offered to refill my sweet tea for me. The lady with white hair and the tattoos is the best employee at this location in terms of customer service. I tried to fill out the survey on the receipt but it did not print the survey code so I came here. I am very pleased with this location and will come back again.

I ordered 2 meals and a order of onion rings. Was missing the onion rings. Go back through the drive thru and the manager (man with long dreads) gives me attitude. Says he'll go ahead and give me onion rings again, this time....I never received them. He insists he put them in the bag, obviously implying I'm straight up lying to him to get extra onion rings. Sorry...... but you put them in someone else's bag, not mine. I just wanted what I paid for. I'm incredibly soft spoken and nonconfrontational. He starts yelling and says for me to come on inside and he'll sort it out. Seriously?? A threat and accusations over a missing onion ring. PATHETIC

This place was absolutely disgusting all the tables had food all over them and the floors were sticky. We asked if they could wipe down the tables and they gave us paper towels to wipe them off. That was not our job to do…also the fountain drinks had no carbonation and there was soda all over the counters!!! Will not be going there again!!!😡
