Mcdonald's

Absolutely the worst experience ever at a McDonald's. I ordered a large meal and got barely a small fry, the worker even said it was a medium when I said it should be a large she then said sure it is a large in broken English! She reached in the bag and touched my fries with her bare hand. Then the fries were hard as rocks, and burgers were Absolutely tasteless and very cold. So waited 15 minutes outside as well before it came when app people got it sooner. Below is my large fry!

This place has issues. They park 4 or 5 cars at a time for what? I ordered a mcchicken sandwich and that's it! I gotta wait ten minutes? Even if they gotta cook it fresh it only takes 4 minutes and another 7 seconds to put it together. It's not like there's a huge line or during rush hours. There is no line! I asked why and they say there's no food in the kitchen! What?!?! I keep coming back thinking they got their ducks in a row but they don't. If you gotta park us, at least give us a pie or something for the major inconvenience and your lack of professionalism. A hot pie would have prevented me from writing this negative review, perhaps. People are nice tho.

They really stepped up their game recently in the past month they have not messed up one order of mine and I eat daily meals. There was a time that so long ago they would mess up 6 out of 10 orders no joke. I do not mind a little longer wait time in this age of the plandemic. I have found that their employees even though short-handed underappreciated and overworked still put forth their best effort. But I do have to say McDonald's fries and the worst tasing on the market for taste in my opinion. Not this restaurant's fault.

The late night worker Matt is very professional and hard working. Everytime I have ordered here at this location he makes for a fast, accurate, and easy drive thru experience. I notice him running multiple stations and getting things done in these low staffed times. Overall he is great so great I a consumer noticed him from the drive thru. I normally go to Wendy's but because of this hard working individual I come to McDonald's for the great service. Thanks Matt!

I orderd two quarter pouders on there special two for $6.00 and a large coke well i didn't get what I ordered this person took my order should not be working for mcdonald's i will never eat their again i had to wait for my meal for one quarter pouder I didn't get my other quarter pouder I asked that person brought my meal wasn't helpful either
