Terrible experience all around. The busted out sign you pass in the drive though starts the experience off making you wonder if they're still open. Everything we ordered they no longer sell, like the chicken gravy burrito or the Mexican doughnuts. When food was going to take longer, they asked us to move out of the drive through. There was no one in the drive through, or even eating inside. The order was wrong, they billed us for way too much food, and we threw most of it away. It was expensive garbage.

Kitchen staff was extremely rude. I am from the south, and yes I have an accent, but when I placed my order the kitchen staff in the back ground were so loudly and obnoxiously making fun of the way I was speaking I couldn't even hear the person I was placing my order with. I appologize that my southern accent offends your immature ears, but rest assured you will not ever be burdened with my voice again!

Taco Tuesday! Always good.
The food is pretty good not amazing. There is usually not a long wait. They are a bit expensive for fast Mexican food. I have never had any problems here. -1 star for prices

I admit that It's been a few years since I went to a Taco John's but I was not impressed with my recent visit. Much pricier than I remember, and the food quality food has gone downhill. I can't say I would recommend. The super potato oles that I used to love just tasted bland and boring.

Worst Taco John's or fast food place in Colorado. I have been there many times and it is ridiculously over priced and their staff is completely incompetent. I have yet to get the entire order or get a correct order. Today was my last chance for them. I ordered two of the chips and queso and only got one. I ordered a large drink and the cup was only 3/4 full. I paid $14 and change and only got half the order. I'm done with them. The Loveland or Fort Collins or Greeley TJs are the complete opposite. I'm done wasting time going there and will happily report this on all websites. Clean up your act TJ!

Been here a few times and it was fine, but I don't see what all the fuss is about. No better or worse than taco bell and the like. Service is on and off, sometimes it's fast, sometimes it's slow, and I've never been there when it's busy.

OK first I walk in to place my order so I would not have to deal with drive-thru confusion, I tell the girl behind the counter my order several times and to no avail I still received my order totally screwed up. Then when I asked for my order to be corrected the girl that took y order and what I am assuming was the manager looked at me like I'm crazy and refused to correct it!!! Totally rude. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!! Not to mention the food was terrible and over priced
