Subway

I’m not sure why this store’s employees are so disheveled and confused every time I stop in for a sandwich. The bread is flat and doughy, just not baked long enough in my opinion. If I’m really hungry and need food, I will eat here but the better Subways are on Main Street and Hover because the manager is way more on top of things and provides a better quality sandwich. I hope things turn around at this store soon.

went here for lunch, the young lady working had air pods in and her phone propped up watching a video while making my sandwiches. My boyfriend asked for a cold sandwich and she still toasted it. I asked for mayonnaise and she went to put tomatoes on my sandwich. the lack of following directions was ridiculous and i ended up paying $25 for sandwich’s that weren’t even made the way i asked them to be made. called the manager to let her know that her employee was very unprofessional. when calling the employee went “i don’t know, they want to talk to a manager” with an attitude. after telling the manager that her employee acted very unprofessional she said “thanks” and hung up the phone. definitely wouldn’t recommend, especially seeing as we have like 3 other subways in longmont. i’ll definitely start going to a different one.

FOOD WAS FRESH AND MORE THAT COMMONLY COME TO EXPECT. $$ yet as I asked for a 6" the portion of the bread was incredibly small. I opted to spe d MORE to get foot long. THEY DON'T OFFER TO GIVE OUT AGS TO GO? THE NAPKINS WERE THE THINNEST IVE SEEN. SO AGAIN WHY DID I PAY $25+ FOR TWO PEOPLE TO EAT THERE?

This store is NEVER open! I don't know what the problem is, but I go across town to the one on main street.(the pace shop is close to my home) Maybe the owner of the pace location doesn't care how much business they are loosing, I worked for Subway a very long time ago, we were always open on time, if there was any issues the owner worked!..hope you figure it out..

My sandwich was less than acceptable and when I asked for black olives the girl looked in the tub and the answer I got was, "We're out." The vinegar and oil was poured on my bread not the top like usual so it was extremely soggy. And my biggest complaint was the amount of hair that was in this young lady's face literally in her face. The hat did nothing for her. The girls were to busy talking to an outside friend (now that so and so's the manager...) to say, "Have a good day!"

I decided to do the online order so I could just pick up the food but that apparently didn't work. Once I got there I still had to wait over 30min for my food. There was two employees working tonight but one was having a personal problem and the other was to busy talking with her friends to show proper work ethic. Once the girl was done socializing she made our food and sadly everything was made wrong. This was by far the worst food experience I've ever had. So once I can speak to a manager hopefully this can get fixed.

Air conditioning was out and front door was open as it as VERY HOT. There were flies on the sneeze guards. The food holding area was icing over on the edges of the pans due to the condensers working overtime trying to keep up with the heat of the food being held in them. The 3 employees were very visually frustrated, but in a way that you can tell this is their normal routine at this location. 2 of the 3 employees began to argue over who should pull the bread from the oven because nobody had been trained how to do it. The store smelled of something stagnant, similar to mildew or mold. I asked if the food was being held at temp prior to ordering and the employee stated that she had no idea. I simply left without ordering anything. This place needs a serious management overhaul.

The only reason I'm giving two star is because the young lady behind the counter was really nice and sweet and apologetic. Other than that, after standing in a line of three people total for literally 45 minutes I got a very strong impression that management and owners are complete scum! I will be talking with corporate subway about the store. Also, if you happen to be one of the managers or the owner reading this, I hope your day is the worst day ever.
