THIS REVIEW IS NOT DIRECTED TO THE EMPLOYEES OR SERVICE (or not) RECEIVED, but for CORPORATE “leaders” to CONSIDER., along with the MANY OTHERS posted here. No competitors nearby leads to mediocrity and disinterest in improving. Generally speaking, the only good thing there is the food. However, a cup full of ice with just 1/4 of lemonade is dishonest. Poor ordering system, location appearance, and attention to details is predominant. Need to train and motivate their employees. Managers: remember that people pay $7 for just a double burger and over three dollar for a couple of onion rings at Sonic, don’t take it for granted. Hope to see improvement there soon.

So this isnt the first time I've had this problem, firstly I ordered the chicken slinger combo large cherry Dr pepper, and 3.99 becomes 6.30, but nobody can explain why. I get my food, fries are old, and my sandwich is burnt as you can see from pics.

We went during Jeepin the coast . There were busy but our food came quickly . It was hot and correct. The waitress was very friendly and was quick to bring us condiments. Clean restrooms for being as busy as they were.

A lot of the stalls screen are black so it’s hard to tell where to pull in. I wish they would put signs so we aren’t pulling in and pulling out parking spaces. Some of the staff is rude but I guess it’s understandable. When trying to tell them a order is wrong, they make it seem like it’s your fault. Still better than Gulfport though

Ordered a butterfinger blast (got a snickers had it remade) a strawberry cheesecake shake (completely melted and got everywhere when I handed it back to attendant) a burger with the patty not cooked and an awful color (didn’t notice until I got home and took a bite of it or I would’ve had it remade), and a chicken slider that the buns were burned on not once but twice! The response I got was oh maybe the grill is too hot! The only thing that came out right were my jalapeño poppers and tater tots!! After spending $30 I’d expect at least SOME quality. For fast food it was neither fast nor convenient. I asked for a manager and when I talked to him he seemed confused and like he didn’t know how to handle the situation. Genuinely upset that I’m having to leave this review but I couldn’t even get ahold of anyone on the phone!!!

Service was speedy and girl that served was very nice but the footlong Chilli cheese coney was so bad that it went right in the trash. The all American coney was pretty good though. The footlong tasted old and was hard the American dog was definitely fresh. Very disappointing.

Pulled in to a stall about a month ago, pressed the button, waited a few minutes, nobody ever answered. Went to another stall and did the same thing, no answer. Then one more. Finally someone answered on the first stall I was originally at and got my order. Went here again today, pulled to a few different stalls and all machines had blank screens. If you intend on always having multiple broken machines, the least you can do is close them off so people don't waste time pulling in to them.
