Subway

I made an order online. When I arrived at scheduled time to pick up my platter, it was not ready. The workers overlooked the online orders for the day. Did not realize that I was charged when I made the order online, so I paid AGAIN in person. So not only do the workers not pay attention to detail to cost me double the price and wasted time, but when I called back to report my complaint, the worker who answered had horrible customer service, would not share her name nor the managers’. This Subway team shows no empathy or remorse for the inconvenience they have caused me.

I have been going to Subway #19210-0 on East 5th Street in downtown Long Beach since moving to the state of California and Long Beach in 2019. I love how welcoming, friendly and overall nice the environment is at this location. Jhoselyn, Jorge and Anahi are such amazing people. There has not been a time that I've went into this location that I wasnt greeted with a smile and great customer service. I'm very proud to call this Subway my neighborhood Subway because of great people like them whose kindness and generosity makes the Subway experience over the top amazing. Thank you all for being such amazing people. 😊😊😊😊😊

I've had better Subway experiences. This one included two employees who were not happy to be there. Inattentive to their work, incapable of getting an order right, ungrateful for the business (it was a $24 order). Obviously a super lack of management or at least no desire to hire quality employees. I will be avoiding this Subway in the future.
