Definitely by far one of the better subways, and they have the lower pricing than most of them like two veggie subs actually was $14 and something like it was months ago at other Subway restaurants. Also the girl working there was very helpful

So I don't usually write reviews unless it was really really amazing or really really bad service. This one really got under my skin... So I placed a online order yesterday (1/25/22) for CURBSIDE Pickup for 5:20PM at the Subway location at 656 Redondo in Long Beach. Thinking it would be faster, I pulled up and notified them that I was parked in the curbside pickup spot, then seven minutes go by and still no one shows up. I go inside thinking it's getting prepared and they can't find my order. I show them my order and confirm it's the correct restaurant address. A young girl starts to make my sandwich and then hands it off to CRISTINA to make. That was weird... but okay. While explaining what I wanted to Cristina, the other girl who ditched me yells out "NO, she wanted the BMT". And I said "No I don't" Even though it clearly says that I ordered a Spicy Italian. This young girl (who I think was the manger or supervisor) started arguing with me about what sandwich I WANT. Like really?? This girl was something else, doesn't know how to be professional and was super rude. I'm glad she didn't make my sandwich with all that negativity. CRISTINA calmed down the situation and made me a great tasty sandwich. I had a better experience with her customer service and smiley face. They should definitely make a change and promote Cristina to manager. That other girl still has A LOT to learn if she's going to stay in the restaurant/customer service industry.

Sorry sandwich was so good didn't take pick. Now I visit many subways in long beach. And I have to say this one at this particular location has really good employees. They're always very sweet and nice. I've been to the others that have really bad customer service. I go to this main one just because they're service is awesome.

I handed them a coupon , they said something I didn’t here. I just want what was on coupon. They made a larger sandwich not what was on the coupon.

Sandwich was fresh (ofcourse), service was blah....woman making sandwich was not knowledgeable in regards to what the 'BLT' meant for the Italian sub. I asked her and she just kept saying salami, pepperoni etc...I had to look it up...no big deal, just saying.

Artists! Subway doesn't have employees or sandwich makers, they create art you can eat! What I really like about the staff and Subways over all philosophy is that you can have anything made as long as they have it. You don't have to order strickly from the menu. I have a chicken ceaser sandwich made that is not on the menu. And the staff is ALWAYS a treat.
