Tasty pretzels and fresh lemonade. But what is this weak dog bites? It's half empty! There are 4 in this cup. Covid crisis = less quantity?

They are always out of pretzels of ANY kind. During rush hour, their display case is 95% empty. There are over 5 employees all of high school age and none are ever doing anything. They are either talking amongst each other or walking out of there like they aren't even on the clock. Corporate really needs to check this spot out. Horrible service EACH time I've tried getting a pretzel. Dont even bother coming to this location.

Good pretzels. Terrible service.
I’m told “they’ll be ready in a minute” so I order my two pretzels. Then they say “oh they’ll be reason in 8 minutes”. That’s annoying, but ok. 15 minutes later I still don’t have any food.
15 minutes to wait isn’t a huge deal. 15 minutes after being told “just a minute” and then “8 minutes” is rather annoying.

Nasty and overpriced. Nothing like getting charged $13 for some nasty cinnamon bites that were made two days ago and hard as a rock. Then on top of that getting charged an extra $2.50 for some frozen icing...horrible

Just stood in line for 30 minutes for a pretzel that was suppose to already take 10 min. Sad to say I’ll never be coming back after they handed me a burnt black pizza pretzel. I literally drove 20 minutes just for a pretzel. Way to make me feel even more stupid
