Smashburger

Burgers are great, sides are not. Basically all they offer is fries with other random toppings like garlic or spicy salty powder. Sodium overload not worth the extra dollar thanks. Would prefer better array of sides. You can get a great burger at a lot of places this isn't all that much different to me.

I love smash burger, but this location sucks, it really does. Went in, ordered to go, and waited; people who ordered after us got their food to go before we did. I specifically ordered "No cheese" because I'm lactose intolerant, the clerk went out of her way to inform the cooks, yet I still got cheese on mine, even though the receipt said no cheese as well. On another note the fries had so much oil on them that it was pooling at the base of the container. All said and done I would NOT return to this location. Poor job, smash burger, poor job.

I'm a long time smashburger fan, but this location is terrible. Three times now at lunch there has been only one person taking orders and carrying food to tables. I can't wait half an hour to have my order taken and another half hour to get my food on lunch break. Today I just walked out before ordering. One time it was the manager juggling these duties so clearly he must be aware of the staff shortage. Hire more people or pay them better so they stick around

Walked in and the place was essentially empty. Sat for 15 minutes waiting for my food. Had to ask where my food was after another table was "accidentally" served my food. Watched food sit under heat lamps for far too long and another table had to ask for fresh fries. Was never apologized to or offered compensation for the inconvenience or the mess up. Luckily the food was fresh. Wouldn't recommend if you're in a hurry.

My experience for this review was at this location only. Waited in line for 20 min, 15 min for food. When we got the food the bbq burgers did not have bbq sauce, my avacdao sandwich didn't have avacdaos. They did offer milkshakes but didn't have time to stay to get those made. So we were given coupons.......that expired in 2 days. I did like that they had lots of different options for sides. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. Maybe I'll try a different location sometime.

Went in for a quick lunch. Have not tried Smashburger for a few years and decided to give it another try. BIg mistake. At 12:43 I ordered one burger and one side of frys and at 1:16, they were delivered. I noticed that after I came in, they started informing new customers that the wait was going to be 20-25 minutes. Who waits for this stuff anyway? The food was sub par and I wish I could have just gotten my money back but as I was asking for it from the cashier, they delivered my food. They gave me a coupon towards a free meal on next visit, 1. I don't think Ill be returning ever 2. The voucher isn't worth my time. Will never go again. Even if it is free. Food is like BK
