This place is the ultimate chill spot. We had some drinks in their quirky beer garden and really enjoyed it, we were even offered some free sandwiches. Will be back !

A lovely, friendly pub! Becs made us our Sunday roast even though they were done for the day. We had quite a time finding a local pub with a dart board but GN has one! And a tournament to boot!

Friendly new owners, decent beer on tap, young babies welcome and a superb Sunday lunch has made this pub one of my firm favourites. A wonderful addition to the area.

A perfect example of a great British pub; full of character, characters, and charm. The Saturday night karaoke only added to the fun. We were made to feel really welcome and will return. Sorry for dancing on the tables. Thanks guys.

Stumbled across this local delight by chance. A lovely evening of Guinness and karaoke ensued. Staff and locals were all very welcoming. Highly recommended.

We visited this pub today for Sunday lunch as a group of 11 (aged between 13-84!) with a dog, we were all made very welcome (even the dog ) and had the most amazing Sunday roast. The food was delicious and plentiful. The pub has been totally refurbished and has a lovely relaxed feel. All of the staff were really friendly and we will definitely be back. Thank you General Napier for a truly lovely day.
