Delicious and fresh hot and cold dishes, plenty of seating space, and friendly attendants. Itsu is it for a quality, inexpensive lunch. Location is terrific if you are visiting Westminster.

First time here and will be back. Very helpful staff. Pick up what u want and pay for it at the automated stands or order hot food there and collect at the desk. Great selection and had salmon salad and miso soup.

Ideal lunch location for visiting Westminster abbey, it feels great to have hot miso and fresh sushi in the heart of London with reasonable price, also a decent toilet!

Really a great option for a quick lunch in the area. It seems primarily japanese inspired, so tends to be healthy as well. I will typically get ready-to-eat options like sushi or chicken-n-rice dishes. Alternatively they also have hot meals and seating in case you prefer a more leisurely lunch. Not too heavy on the wallet either.
