I’m very particular about takeaway food and my family are harsh critics, but we were all thoroughly impressed with our meal last night 👌🏽 I’ve ordered previously and I’ve never had any issues. But the restaurant continues to improve on flavours, presentation and service. The portions are generous and everything is fresh and tasty. The best Indian takeaway I know and highly recommend. Extra points for the customer service 😊

Really good curryhouse. I ordered of just eat and arrived on time. Best thing I ordered was the chicken chole curry rice box which I loaded and boy was I satisfied. Good find

Really didn't want to go out for food so stumbled upon ruby murray on uber eats. I would rate 12/10 if i could. Shared a paneer tikka masala and chicken korma, naan and popadom. Soo tasty would go here again! Very quick service too.

An exceptional place. We are so lucky to have them round the corner, and will often wander over to collect incredibly tasty treats from them. Their service and friendliness is the same high level as the food they serve. One of the reasons why this part of London has such a great community feel. Thanks for everything you do Ruby Murray.

After trying possibly every curry house in Islington I have decided that this and one other are my favourites and I don't go anywhere else now. The food is always hot on arrival and more importantly, delicious. The only problem I have is that they always forget my drinks. It's a given every time and somewhat of a joke between us now. I would give them a 5 if they actually did deliver my drinks or if they rewarded us for ordering every week without fail.
Generally order the same thing because I like what I like; meat samosa, Bombay aloo, cheese naan, lamb dansak, lamb bhuna.

I love their butter chicken, rice, and Garlic naan. Had it twice just this week and had plenty of leftovers for 2 more meals! Great portions and nice people!

Ruby Murray is fantastic! Their curries are lovely, rich in taste, creamy and mouthwatering. My favourite one is butternatsquash chicken, yum! You can taste all the different ingredients, it's all made fresh to order and there is a huge choice in the menu:) The guys are lovely and they deliver as well! :)

I have been ordering food from Ruby Murray for nearly 2 years ever since it opened. I have tried almost every dish on the menue and never been disappointed, the food is always on point and the best dish for me is the garlic chilly lamb........ this is where my friday night starts.

Recently moved to the area and my friend recommended Ruby as best indian take away in Islington.
Since I've ordered first time, keep regularly ordering from them and trying new dishes. They've got fantastic range of vegetarian dishes, my fave is Sag aloo and tarka dal, strongly recommend!
Meat dishes are cooked to order and you can request how spicy you want them and they always get it right!
Delivery is always quick, even during busy time.
I can see a long term relationship with Ruby :) easy 5*!

You have to try this place.....The food is excellent, fresh and delivered on time. Furthermore the staff are very friendly & helpful, they gave some freebies on the house as my order was over £40.00...... Most certainly recommend others to give these guys a try.

Was staying at Thistle Hotel and was craving some Indian food. I dont usually write reviews but we found a gem of a restaurant 2 mins away. Food was excellent and even made a dish off the menu for us. Excellent food, excellent service. Will be back for more
