Joe & The Juice

Been here a few times, mostly good vibes, nice atmosphere, staff are ok. There was one time where I ordered something I order a lot (blue magic) and I know what it’s supposed to taste like, but it didn’t taste remotely as good as what’s it’s meant to taste, so I went up to the lady who made the drink, explained it to her and she was kind enough to make another one that them tasted good.

Best Joe & The Juice around! The staff is really good and always consistent with the quality. Sandwiches here always have just the right amount of filling and if you open them up, they look neat which is not always the case with other Joe and the Juice places. The only thing - the coffee is good but unbearably hot.

A great coffee chain with a vast selection of juices & smoothies. This is my regular coffee stop on my way into the office and for the most part the experience is always smooth. I just order via the app and then collect on my way. The coffee is normally always ready for me if I order about 4 mins away or if it’s not, then I’m waiting at most another minute for the coffee to be ready. I’d highly recommend downloading the app and joining the loyalty scheme as there’s some great benefits early into joining such as free drinks & sandwiches (although these do seem to drop off pretty fast after you become a regular user). I must admit, I’ve had slow experiences in the store in the past (which led me to downloading the app and ordering ahead of time). Sometimes it would feel like it would take forever to get our orders taken and then pay. One instance I remember there was myself and someone else and it must have taken us 10+ minutes to get served. Even though there’s a lot of staff behind the counter, it feels like there’s not much actually going on at some points and they’re just taking their time with things. Have even seen a few of them just chatting/on mobile phones whilst there’s customers clearly waiting. However, all of their products are fantastic and I would highly recommend the Power Shake. Great atmosphere inside the place and would be ideal for anyone looking to get away from the office for 30 minutes to focus on some work.
