Was invited by the owner to visit the cafe. So me and my wife went there. I was greeted with a worm and friendly smile. The food wonderful and the service was excellent.

This is a great place to eat in Catford. The portions are perfect and the food really well cooked and really fresh. This is the second time I have visited and I would happily return again.

Great restaurant. Lovely food and plenty of choice too. Good prices for quantity of food. Also have set burger or wrap lunch for good price. Friendly and polite staff.

Good service and a friendly atmosphere. Tasty sweet potato fries and the burger was ok. Excellent price. For people with reduced mobility there is no accessible toilet. Overall was a good experience.

Great place with lovely staff. Ordered the Halloumi skewers and I would definitely have it again as it was very fresh and a plus for a tasty salad with the meal.

The Factory is a great spot for people watching whilst eating tasty food. Really helpful and friendly staff, and the food is fresh and well presented. I've only given it four stars because they served frozen chips (nice as they were) but they could be so much tastier if made from fresh potatoes with the skin on. And ideally their iced lemon tea should be home made rather then Lipton in a plastic bottle. These two easy adjustments would push this place to five stars. Highly recommended.

Went here for the first time and the food was lovely, all tasted very fresh and you could smell the grill in the back. The staff were really lovely and helpful and were happy to go off menu for a Turkish drink my wife wanted. One star dropped for the radio playing instead of something a bit more in keeping with the place. Big mezze starter, four mains, a couple of desserts and drinks, came to about £20 each. Definitely recommend.
