As much as I can appreciate this store is near to brookfield and the staff deal with kids a lot, it’s blatantly obvious the difference in the way they speak/treat older people vs young people. A shame as the drinks are usually good, will stick with whiteley costa as the service there is usually amazing.

I love coming to Costa Locks Heath. The natural light and space are wonderful as is the welcoming you get from the team. Best of all the coffee is great!
The owners really need to get their act together here - the a/c has been out of action for weeks and now the boiler is out of action (5th day at timd of review). I really like this place and the staff are great but I’m going to stop coming here altogether if something isn’t done soon.
