Subway

I have experienced poor hygiene at this location more than once. Staff use the cash registers and then don't wash before returning to making sandwiches. Complaints to corporate don't seem to make much of a difference and promised calls from the manager never happen. Toppings lately have been poor like dry cucumbers or less than prime tomatoes. Place in general needs a deep cleaning too.

I worked at this location for a day. I quit after my first shift. I got no training whatsoever. The manager went to take a drug test for his probation and left me on the line by myself during lunch rush. (On my first day) The manager is constantly smoking weed in the back of the store. Very poor hygiene overall and management needs to be looked at.

Bread is hard and stale, she still made the sandwich anyway and it wasn't until we started to eat that we realized the problem. Asked her to please re make the sandwiches with different bread, she said they were "all stale." I asked her if she noticed it they were hard when she made the sandwiches and she said, "I don't know my manager made it," when she actually made it... (little confusing.) Asked for a refund, she said they don't give refunds.

It’s pretty rare I come across a crappy subway store but this is one of ‘em. They don’t do the honey oat bread here, my sandwich-tender was moving so ridiculously slow my sandwich was soggy by the time I got into my truck to eat It, dude put WAY too much mustard on mine, they didn’t have tea as an option to drink during lunchtime (it’s so frustrating when food places don’t have tea for us folks who don’t want water or sugary sodas),they’re ice machine is broke with a misleading sign on it, the entire store is dirty and needs a deep cleaning, did not receive a couple that pretty much every other store gives you when buying a sub. I will never return to this location.

The service is OK here. Not sure if it's all the teenagers that come in and put the workers in a bad mood but they all seem to be bothered. Not the best experience I've ever had but also not the worst. The girl who ring up my order also charged me twice for my sandwich. If I didn't catch it before she charge me I would have been pretty upset paying $15 dollars for a footlong sandwich

I have never once had a decent sandwich come from this location. Today, after having to hear an employee talk about how much drugs she did last night and how she is still messed up, she proceeded to sneeze on my sandwich not once but twice. Then when asked to make a new sandwich she gave attitude but started a second one, and proceeded to sneeze in her hand and tried to continue making the sandwich with the gloves that she sneezed into still on. She then argued about not sneezing at all....like it wasn't done directly in front of our faces. My boyfriend then asked the other employee to come make the sandwich because she was rude and disgusting and she decided to argue about what just happened and acted like she did nothing at all. She argued the entire time about not sneezing and not messing up a couple different sandwiches....and complained that she should make more money. REEAAAAALLLY?!?! I believe her name was Heather and without a doubt her manager will be contacted Monday morning as well as the main Subway offices where we have already complained and they said they will be contacting the franchise owner. The only reason we've been back is because it's close to our home but it's extremely disappointing that it is this hard to have a simple sandwich made.

Really dirty! Not a single clean table to sit at! I had my 2 year old son with me he spilt his milk, the girl acted as i just asked for s free sandwich when i asked for napkins. She handed me like 4, i asked for some more because my son spilt his drink and she was so rude about it and handed me like 2 more so i left it. Before we even sit down my son grabbed. Bag of chips not the ones he already had and he dropped them and I was gonna go pick them up and put then back once he was situated with my friend and she tells from the register that we need to put the chips back because she didn't charge js for them. Like can we have a minute not to mention im pretty sure they overcharge everytime! The subway on chatfield for the exact stuff is always cheaper. Make the extra drive and go to a different one.
