Fresh and hot food with excellent customer service! We need Del Taco in midwest!! We absolutely love their grilled and crispy chicken tacos with their amazing queso and fries to dip in.

First I want to say that I installed the Del Taco app on my phone so when I checked in I got discounts on some of the food. I bought a couple of the carne asada soft tacos, those are pretty good also got the three layer nachos those are really good, and a couple of combination burritos, I think they are better than their competitors so five stars for Del Taco today keep up the good work.

I love del taco and their food is great but our order was missing 2 items we paid for which is why I took off 2 stars. It's just far enough that it wasn't worth going back and unfortunately it was both of my son's items so he didn't get to eat it and I just made him food at home. Definitely check your bags before you go! Friendly and fast service though and the food we did get was yummy so they still get 3 stars.

Our food came out looking horrible. My girlfriend ordered with no tomatoes because she is allergic and it came with lots of tomatoes. My Del tacos barely had anything on them. Was probably my worst experience at Del Taco ever. Will never go back to that location.

Best quality per price ratio in Mexican food. Food was great and inexpensive. Wonderful place to go in these times of inflation. The Queso Taco with Carne Asada is best I ever had in a fast food restaurant. Restaurant was clean and service was great.

My opinion of this location continues to lower. When I order in person, the order is always right. If I order ahead with the website, the order accuracy is no better than a coin toss.
Also, the last several times I have gone to pick up my order, the lobby has been closed, even though I'm picking food up during normal dinner hours. Which means after going through the website, I must then wait in the drive through line for everyone else to order. In fact, writing this review is how I'm passing time (10 minutes so far by my clock), while waiting for my turn at the window.

Went through the drive through on 4/13 around 4:30 pm. Sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes and there were no other cars in the drive through. I thought maybe the speaker was down. I politely said hello and was met with a rude " I will be with you in a minute" He came back on to take my order and was so rude. He had quite the chip on his shoulder. I pulled up to the window and there was a bucket asking for tips. I was not going lose my self respect for a couple of tacos and a burrito. I left without my food and without paying. Here is a tip!!! Hire employees who are kind. I do not even trust them with my food..

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went through the drive through. I said “I would like 1 soft value taco.” And she says soft value taco. Then I say “I would like 1 crunchy value taco.” And she says crunchy value taco. Then we ordered a bean burrito and two del tacos. Then she repeats the order and says “12 soft tacos, 12 crunchy tacos.” We interrupt her and said “are you saying 12?” She says in a super rude voice “ I said 12 tacos and you kept saying yes. We said are you seriously giving us attitude? We left. I’m shocked by how rude she was. We go there often. We will not be returning anymore. She should be fired.
