Boston Market

Have ordered mobile a couple times and delivery through DD. I pay extra for sides and they are always missing. I ordered a bowl and when it arrived it was just the mess in the picture. No gravy and like a spoon of corn. I ordered a large gravy got a small. The food is just bland. I think I’ll get more flavor from buying the frozen Boston Market boxes.

The food we received was the worst I've ever had from here. The chicken was burnt and smelled awful. It smelled sour. The food I ordered for my children smelled the same. So I told them not to eat it. The cornbread was fine, but the sides tasted old like they have been sitting a long time. I ordered from an online delivery service and didn't have to wait a long time for my food. I returned the food to the location we got it from and the manager was very nice and replaced the food for us.

5th times a charm. No more. EVERY time I come to this location they are a mess. For the fifth time now they forgot something from my order. I figure that is about 20 bucks worth of missing food at this point so no pint in going back. Steer clear. Food I did get was just OK but my kid liked hers

Food was great but the staff was extremely rude. They took over 10 minutes to ring up each customer ahead of us. The manager explained that we could substitute some other meat in our kids meal since they were out of chicken. Only to then tell us that any other meat was an adult meal. By this time we had waited 20 mins in line and just had to accept it. Leaking roof in like 5 places, only two buckets so we got splashed while paying. No silverware was provided, but when we asked they had to count how many meals we ordered to give us forks. Seriously they would not take our word that we had 3 plates, and it fees degrading to have to beg for another set of plastic fork/knife.

Come through the shopping center. See stuff like this. As well as denying service early cause they are short staff on the weekends. But walk in on a Tuesday evening and 5-6 people are working when they are dead. Stood at the counter for a good 30-45 seconds before any one of the 5-6 people said "hello, how are you?, can we help you?" Nothing! I had to engage with them to take my money/order. Horrible to say the least.
