Disappointing. Ordered 3 boxes a week ahead of time online for a grad party. Got home, opened the box and saw this. This was in addition to having to wait over 15 minutes because the balloons for my order were not ready when I arrived. I have ordered many times previously and had no issues. I expected better especially for an important occasion.

Awesome cakes and fantastic service! The trolls leaving the 1 star reviews enjoy going on Google and ripping apart every business they frequent. If you have a 1 star experience everywhere you go it’s probably you and not the hardworking business. Thank you!!

Delicious cake, nice staff. I am a return customer. Cake really is moist and delicious— it doesn’t need the extra frosting. Chocolate chocolate chip is my FAVORITE. Small cake that is $25 was enough for 4, we only ate half with eating 4 out of 8 big slices. Doesn’t need decorations

Really wanted this cake for my baby shower because every time Ive had it its the best ! My sister offered to get me my cake for the shower she ordered the two tier cake in the baby blue , i asked her afterwards what color she ordered she said blue I told her my shower was a orange pumpkin theme and told her it was completely fine i had a cake topper! My sister called back less then 5 mins later and asked to switch the bow color they said absolutely no changes can be made at the time. The day she went to pick up the cake the staff was extremely rude said they had no cake for me could not find a cake maybe she ordered from a different location . After awhile they asked her again for her name and said it can possibly be in the fridge and found my cake my sister then asked can she purchase a orange bow and place it herself the cashier said yes but apparently the manager was extremely rude and no they don't do that but they will this one time. Customer service is everything to me therefore I wouldn't order from here again sadly as delicious as the cakes are!

The cake and customer service were great, everyone I spoke to were very nice and helpful! The only weird thing was I was charged almost $5 for a card, it was on the box when I picked it up but since I've never ordered from here I thought it was a thank you card or something, I didn't question it. I don't remember ordering a card when I called in the order but the cake was good so we'll definitely be ordering from them again!

We love their cakes. We order them for every occasion. The staff are super friendly and they offer a sample when you walk in.
