CAREFULL this place may let you order but can't fulfill our order through the app. Sunday afternoon 1245 they turned me away from my online order. Staff is super busy is amazing to take time out to let me know I don't need to have an attitude with her... Lol sorry realize I paid for a service and turned away at the door.

We came here for a quick dinner and will not be back again. 1st- one of the employees was yelling at what sounded like, a family member on the phone, foul language and all. 2nd- There was not one clean-ish looking table to eat at outside and sitting inside was not an option -see reason above. 3rd- The food was cold and my husband's pulled pork bowl was flavorless. We should have paid a little more to just eat at Chili's. So disappointed to pay $37 for dinner that was a complete waste

Well, unfortunately they have declined tremendously. I’m sure the employees were nice but they had no idea what was going on. For the 700th time they refuse to actually have some ingredients available 30 minutes before they close. The store was pretty gross tonight, trash everywhere. I don’t know if it’s worth going to this location any longer. The manager should fix this.

Very poor customer service. I was served by a woman with the tattoo 'CREAM' on the side of her face. Very disrespectful. Told me to SPEAK UP! The lady before me also felt very uncomfortable with this woman due to her attitude. Really is unfortunate, if you don't like your job please find another. Plenty out there.

This Qdoba has really gone downhill. The warming tray for the meat, beans, rice is rarely turned on. Nothing like eating cold ground beef tacos…. This was topped of by inappropriate choice of music and the employees cursing. They refuse to brew ice tea more than once a day - so when they’re out it’s tough luck. We were regulars, but can’t really see going again.

I went in when there was no line. I stood there for an entire 6 minutes and watched as 5 employees completely ignored me to complete online orders instead. Nobody even greeted or acknowledged me. Absolutely awful service. I'm not one to do online reviews, but the customer service was so horrendous. Do better.

Very poor customer service… There was a sign on the door stating online orders only that should’ve been the first red flag. I order online and when I went into the store I realized that my order was not complete. I asked about the missing items on my taco salad I was met with snarky reply no we don’t have taco shells or the other missing items on the salad. I asked if I could changed my order, staff members did not answer my question. I will not be returning to this location.

We had lunch here today. The place was dirty. No clean tables inside or out. Food and trash all over the floor. We were very disappointed considering the workers were standing around playing on their phones. We won't be back.
