Where should I start... This KFC like many location had been run down, out dated and look old for many years As much as I kill for KFC once awhile it's nearly impossible to find one especially the two closest to my house Both were closed This location is the closest to us but due to the fact it's so out dated we stop coming until...Today! When we got here, we found out they recently remodeled and updated top to bottom! New paint, new wall, new flooring, new table and chairs....It's amazing how a coat of paint can do lol As far as food goes, same old taste :)

My second time to this KFC in the past month. Well worth the drive. I ordered my food, drove around to the window and paid. Less than 5 minutes after paying, my order was ready, it was hot, and everything I ordered was there. Highly recommend this KFC. Will definitely be back. These two trips were at lunchtime.

This is actually a KFC/Taco Bell. You know what you're getting before you even hit the drive-thru, so don't drive up expecting the best food you've ever had in your life- unless you're drunk. However, I will say, the staff here is pretty great. Anytime I have come here, no matter how long the line is, they are quick, kind, and the food is always hot and fresh. I think we can all admit fast food can be hit or miss on the hot and fresh aspect, but I have been lucky and always seem to get there at the right time. Plus it helps when the staff gets your order right and are really nice.

I've been to this location in the past and had a very bad experience with service and cleanliness so I stayed away for about 2 years. Normally I will go to Popeyes however my wife told me about the "Fill Up" promotion going on. I was ready to go to the Lombard location on Roosevelt however I didn't feel like the drive so I took a chance again here at the Lisle - Maple Ave location and I have to say, I was really satisfied with the service, quality of the food and the overall price. I decided not to use the drive-up window because I wasn't sure what to order and I went inside. I decided on chicken strips, mashed potatoes, Cole slaw and biscuits for the family. It seemed like on this particular evening of December 19, 2020 the ordering of the food and the service was exceptional. The staff was very friendly in helping me as well as what sauces were available. When I got home, everyone thought the chicken strips were very good, crisp and not greasy. Everything else was excellent as well. Sorry Popeye's, you may have lost me for a customer!! A special call out for the staff that evening. I hope management see's this review and pass on the well-deserved "Kudos" to the team!!
