I was so excited to eat here, the place is beautiful, the menu looks amazing, all the promises of clean eating and fresh food, but sadly the food was not very good, I love hamburgers and this was a big let down, I went with the classic hamburger to get a good comparison and this is their claim to fame. The burger was salty yet bland at the same time if that even makes sense, #2 I don't even know what to say about the fries except that they were different (but not good nor gross). Definitely not even close to the top 10 burgers in east TX, and for the price I would expect more.

We ate dinner here with six other friends, and we fit perfectly at their long table. I had a thin garlic butter burger, and my husband had a thick mushroom and Swiss burger. Both hamburgers were absolutely delicious! We had a wonderful time. This restaurant has very friendly folks working for them and they made the restaurant an even better place. I highly recommend this restaurant! Love it!!

Been to JT’s multiple times and have enjoyed the local feel and farm to table experience. They have unique burgers including the Firecracker and highly recommended Jam burger. Lasso chips with a side of your favorite dipping sauce is a must! The staff has been friendly each time I’ve visited and Jason really makes the effort to make customers enjoy their meal.

I did think the food was great and I liked the environment. My only caveat was that I the person I had dinner with and I ordered the exact same steak and mine was 1/2 the size as hers. Literally! I wasn't disappointed with the size of mine but . . . And I'm just speaking to the restaurant management . . . That should probably be considered in the future.

Burgers were great, but the sides are lacking. The sweet potato fries were crunchy with no flavor, and the fries were so salty they were inedible. We asked for fries with no salt, and they did replace them. The meat is grass fed and was very well cooked. If they improved the sides, they could be 5 stars for sure.
