This was an enjoyable lunch for my brother and me. The restaurant was clean, the cashier polite and attentive and the manager, Tony, was great in caring for his customers. Our food was very warm and great tasting. We both had the potato wedges. My brother are a chicken breast which was moist and tender. I had 3 chicken tenders which were cooked well and tasted great. Overall a high rating.

The worse customer service experience I have ever seen, staff was very rude. Cussing out loud with a counter full of customers. I waited 20 minutes for my food and the lady had to ask me what I got, she should have known. I got the 10 piece dark and received 3 breast and I requested orginal and got crispy. This location needs a new night staff.

Of all the chicken fast food places in Lex, I prefer this one for the flavor...traditional . They do a good job with the food but due to the turnover in employees it's like anywhere else...check you items before leaving with the carryout. I only would have the order correct 20% of the time. OK parking and location.

Very good chicken, mashed potatoes, tater wedges,Cole slaw and 4 biscuits. Be nice if they would give plates and plastic forks and spoons and napkins. Price is high but when in a hurry have to make do.

The ladies that work in the evening when I had a family birthday dinner. Were very helpful on what quantity I would possibly need for the total person in attendance and reassured me that my order would be ready to pickup by the time I had scheduled. Ordered a family meal over 40.00 and get home to find that biscuits not even with my food. Drive Thu period should check the order and make sure they have the whole order. It takes less than 2seconds to double check a order.

Good food. Always fresh. Very nice employees. Customer ahead of me had a problem. It was dealt with professionally and nicely. Routinely get take out here for myself and coworkers.
