Great food even better service! Order online tonight omw home subway closes at 8 p.m. an I put order in For 755. Hated to do it but we been travelling all day an he had it ready an I always get great service from guy working Sunday night!!! Thanks for your great customer service!!!

I have placed 2 pick up orders in the last 2 weeks. The food has been hot and fresh and the people inside were fast and efficient. Love this place.

So disgusted at the behavior exhibited by the employee that didn't want to wash her hands in the video on facebook. This is a prime example of how not to operate a biz. This company obviously lacks leadership, core values, work ethic and a moral compass. It's a shame how companies like this one focus too much on the $$$$$ and not the ppl (employees/customers) and processes. I will never do biz with that subway and if corporate doesn't bring an appropriate resolution and apology to Ms. Jones, I'm going to make it my mission to
educate everybody about the horrible business practices of this store. By the way.... Why was the employee's brother at her job hanging out anyways. Totally unprofessional and i wish i would have been there!!!!!!

I literally spend THOUSANDS of dollars at this store... and on my last visit they accused me of taking $1 out of their tip jar.... SERIOUSLY? Wake up. Do your job. How is ZERO stars not an option? I would spend all my money here if they were legit.

The worst Subway in Lexington. They refuse to honor coupons or specials. They skimp on portion sizes and they are just downright rude.

The service is always good, and the dining room is small with plenty of windows. Plus, you can't beat the convenience of the location.
