Chen's Buffet

I love dining at this restaurant with my family. They have a lot of food and the service is nice. Some of the waiters don't speak good English but they're overall well. You can also book a part in the restaurant for a party to celebrate a birthday or graduation or whatever. The food is also usually fresh. I recommend this place if you're looking for some yummy Chinese food, all you can eat.

I love buffets. I love the variety and looking at the different foods, deciding which ones I want to try. And that’s what I do, a little spoonful of many things and then I go back for more (especially that Coconut Shrimp!) I have been to many buffets in my time, and I really can’t think of one that comes close to the variety and quality at Chen’s Buffet City. The restaurant (and restrooms) are spotless. Food is constantly being replenished (and they don’t put a “pile” of food in the pans, so you know you’re always getting a fresh selection). Benny and his staff could not be more attentive: three times a year I organize a mini-reunion for our dental office staff (past and present), we have anywhere from 16 to 35 in attendance and Benny’s staff goes out of their way to accommodate our every need; we are never rushed. As for the selection: ribs, peel-and-eat-shrimp, crab, beef, lo-mein, soups, fresh and bountiful sushi, delectable desserts, fresh fruit, a freezer filled with ice cream varieties, free refills on beverages… I can’t think of a thing that’s missing. If you’re planning a gathering, there’s plenty of room (including a private room) and food to satisfy everyone’s taste. If you just want a small dinner party be sure to call Benny. They will not rush you and you will leave so satisfied (for a great price!!)

I went here for a lunch for the first time with my kids. It was a good experience for us and the food was good too. One negative taste was the seaweed, I think it was the vinegar on it. It was quiet with a few people in at the time of entry (about 2pm on a Monday). The food was still fresh tasting.

Always very clean and the staff is very friendly and quick. I think the food does depend on the day because I've been there and it's been great and sometimes it's just ok. I wouldn't say horrible like some of these other reviews it's really not that bad but ya know some days are definitely better than others. I'm going to keep coming here because I like the food it's quick and great prices and I love having variety.

For sure a really good place with an option for everyone to eat what you like. None would be left out for vegetarians lovers and non-vegetarian 🥩 🍗 lovers. The only thing for the day I went was the red pork and sesame chicken were too salty. For sure they have really good food variety. **Please do not waste food when you see a buffet that’s all the message I would like to pass on to the readers** 🙏 There are many who are struggling for food on streets and homes and going through tough times. Be kind ✌️Be Humble ✌️

We arrived just at the start of lunch, so we expected everything to be fresh. We were not disappointed. We filled up on shrimp, mussels, & sushi, all items which required that freshness. There were plenty of choices if you're with a group that includes members who do not care for Chinese food, too. There was baked fish, pizza, pasta, salads, veggies, & plenty of desserts. Personally, despite the variety, I did miss the chicken & steak on a stick, they're personal favorites. There was plenty to fill up on & the used plates were cleared quickly, the drinks (which are a bit extra) are kept full (refills not extra). Of course, as it's a buffet, there is plenty of food. What's important is that it's fresh & well prepared (tho' we found the boneless bbq ribs less sweet than expected & a bit salty). The dining room & rest room were immaculate & the staff efficient & friendly. The price is comparable to other such buffets & this one is definitely worth the trip.
