No fish in the filet o FISH? Yes, McDonald’s sliced the cheese in half, I didn’t know you cut the fish off the menu too. Are the staff here stupid? Came here after a long day at work, was told to wait in bay 1 whilst my order was being prepared, after 15-20 mins of watching people drive in and out, we received our order. As anyone would, I opened the bag to eat, the burger felt too light, no surprise, someone stole my fish. Told my partner to check his, no fish there either. Incompetent staff, who even does that? A major chain like McDonald’s failing to provide the essential part of the burger. Never in my life has that happened and it will never happen again if i avoid this dodgy branch. I was lost for words but thinking about it now, staff must’ve being playing a midnight shift prank. Is there no one managing this branch on night shifts?? They did give us the “complete” burgers we paid for in the end but made us wait at the window for another 5 mins because no one was there, we had to horn to get their attention , after all that no apologies given. Pathetic.

Went today at 17:55 drive through busy so went to click & serve. Order a cheeseburger at 18:00. Got invoice by email timed 18:05. No food until 18:18. Sent it back asked for refund. Left at 18:35 no refund or burger. Should have gone drive through as the cleared that quickly and it filled up twice and cleared while I sat wait for the click & serve. The women next to me had been waiting 35 mins and still no food. Avoid the click & serve. Once you order you can’t cancel and staff ingots your request for refund

I waited 15 minutes inside for the meal. They concentrate on the drive thru and leave all the other customers standing. I asked for the manager and miraculously the meal appeared.. but no I wasn't accepting that. I asked for a refund and then had to wait 2 more days for a refund. After all this I visited the toilet... big mistake.... stank worse than a sewer..... disgusting never visit again and I'd advise anyone not to... if only we had minus 5 stars eh.

This place is vile!! Not only do they get everything wrong every single I think oh I’ll give them another chance, it’s always freezing cold if ordering online.. we only live around the corner! And they give you things like tap water when I paid for bottled!! Honestly done with giving my hard working money to this place! The service is bang out of order! They think cause they are a big company they can get away with it. Am absolutely appalled this time round. Will definitely not be ordering from here ever again and will not be recommending to anyone.

When did Mcdonalds become so appalling? When did the age of "fast food" become redundant? If you feel that 20 + minutes waiting for food is acceptable then i don't know the answer. They prepare the beverages to save time but by the time your number is called out the drinks are either flat or cold and the look I've been given when I've asked for a new drink is unbelievable! The kitchen and service area has been revamped to increase productivity but this means less staff and with the added pressure of every delivery driver and his dog filling up the preparing/collection screen it's impossible to enjoy the only good thing Mcdonalds were famous for, fast food and customer service.

Drive through. Woman who took my order was very polite however woman who packed my order didn't even acknowledge me, just passed the bag to Me without saying a word as she was too busy chatting with her colleague. Got home to find she had missed 2 items out of my order that were on the receipt. Not happy at all.

Stood waiting at the till for 10 minutes to get served is a bit ridiculous for a fast food restaurant, and if that wasn't bad enough. The bacon is was served with my burger looked like it had just been stripped fresh from the pig. What's happened to the McDonald's chain. The food and staff has gone more down hill than a slalom skier!!
