Ordered the 8oz Sirloin Steak. One of the best steaks I’ve had. It comes on a skillet so it’s hot, served also with chips, peas and a tomato. I ordered the Hunters top for it too which is a perfect addition. I was served by Ben who was very friendly, welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The new refurbishment and rebrand to Flaming Grill is a vast improvement and the menu is really mouthwatering. I can’t wait to be back soon for more.

We spend a great time at Devon cerebrating birthday with family. Food was delicious with great deal’s available. Staff very friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back

We decided to try as we hadn’t been for food here for a while as the last time (previous landlord) was a bad experience but we were very impressed with the staff and the food and the menu had lots to offer.

Tasty food for an easy lunch. Plenty of people enjoying lunch time specials. Clean and helpful service. No toilets had locks on the doors in the ladies loos. And friend told me none in the men's either. Very strange.

Had a lovely time with friends the other day. It's been a while since I lasted in the Devon, and it's still a good . The staff are really welcoming and friendly.

The food is always very nice and a good reasonable price, the restaurant has lovely seating, and is clean, the staff are always great here, very helpful, cheerful and polite, The only let down on this visit at Saturday tea time was the table of older men and one child, the men were very loud and were constantly swearing all evening, which was very unpleasant, and inconsiderate since there were children present.

We had a lovely lunch here today a family of 3 generations ,we've eaten here several times in the past as mum n dad live round the corner and I can honestly say the atmosphere, the staff and the food are always spot on...the lovely bar lady today went to the trouble of finding a candle for my mums desert when she found out it was mums 83rd birthday...( she apologised because she didn't have an 83rd candle only a 21st candle...)...it caused a laugh .We will be back soon.

Came in on a Friday afternoon, my husband had the sirloin steak and I had the gammon egg skillet. Was amazing. We heard there was a DJ on in the afternoon and went home to come back after tea and joined the party. Great atmosphere and lovely people.
