Waitrose

Not bad on price but no longer great on service and the new look is uninviting. It needed the coffee shop for warmth, atmosphere and yes, customers! Straight lines of tall crammed shelves don’t make it look cheaper, just make it look cheap. But Jose and Ray are exceptionally good - very well informed & with a natural courtesy that saves the day. But it’s no longer my first choice, I spend a fraction of what I used to spend there & it’s a chore not a pleasure.

Waitrose takes customer service to the next level. The staff members are known for their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to assist customers. Whether you need help finding a specific item or seeking recommendations, the knowledgeable staff is readily available, ensuring that your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. The dedication to providing personalized service sets Waitrose apart from other supermarkets.

If 10 stars were possible, I would give it. NICOLE'S kindness is second to none and one of those hard workers you need to nurture and keep at all costs! Nicole was in Lidl and saw my Mother having a difficult time with her bags as she recently had surgery making her unable to carry heavy bags....she's a very stubborn woman....bless her ❤ Nicole was extremely kind enough to offer my Mother a ride around the corner and help her with her bags into her home. She knew my Mother as she was a regular customer at Waitrose and I hope to see her and thank her in person for the extreme kindness she showed to her in her time of need. For now though....thank you Nicole for your kindness, I am eternally grateful xxx
