Subway

They brought the old manager back to the store and he has changed things back to the way it was when this was one of the best restaurants in lawton. The place even just feels clean, and the old school customer service alone is a great reason to come back to this Subways. The food is great and fresh. The staff is amazing and happy to go out of their ways to get you exactly what you want. Happy the old manager is back going to eat here more often.

I have been to different Subways in Lawton and this Subway was good. It was clean, staff was pleasant and crafted my Subway like a work of art. They took this time but meet the expectation of a sub in 5 minutes. The bathroom was clean and I have used their service many times. I would rate this Subway number three in Lawton. Advise to management is to keep up the great work.

I was not pleased by the missed information. One day I had old bread I called the store told them my husband had to go to work so I couldn’t come back up there. I was told that was fine when I can come back up there I can get a new sandwich for free and he took my name. I came when I was better because I have sever motion sickness but it is close and I had just gotten off work but I was denied and told that he was the manager and even the regional would not allow a new sandwich without the receipt and sandwich . I never asked for a regional I just wanted them to encourage the employees to tell the proper information you never know a persons situation to playa back and forth. I did go home and purchased my own food but I was never assured they would make this situation a learning experience even though I gave time and date of my phone call. So I do hope you are actually fixing your communication the buying food is not the issue but I hope this encourages you to reassure your your customers it will be fixed instead of just saying what you or your regional won’t allow.

Highly recommend. This is the best Subway in Lawton. Not only is it the only one open until 10pm, but also the only one that offers REAL MAYONNAISE, instead of *only* offering "Light Mayo", which tastes very different (personally, it ruins the sandwich). The ingredients are fresh and the sandwiches are always tasty. Our favourite sandwich artist is Nate. He is phenomenal, always does a great job and is very personable. I will be calling corporate to let them know what a great job he does.
