Nice place. Lots of space. Super nice people. Food was alright. Not traditional Asian food. The ma po tofu was brown, which is not the traditional Chinese color and the Singapore rice noodles were a bit off too. 🍜Good for Americans but if you’re actually Asian, probably not the place for you. Still tasted great though! Just not traditional haha. But they also don’t claim to be traditional🇨🇳. They are American 🇺🇸 fusion. So all good. 👍

The choice of food was abundant and the service was great. The serving size is not large but rather small/medium. If we're talking about food flavor and service, then Encore hits the spot and earns my 4 stars. However, it drops down to a 2 star when I chewed and found what looks to be like a small piece of cut plastic wrap in my Singapore style chicken noodle dish. This is a major health hazard and I cannot help but question how the heck did plastic packaging get in the dish?

They do really good American-Chinese and Pan-asian cuisines here. I love this place. I don't need any other Asian restaurant. I eat here about once a week (or more). They have a great selection of dishes, including vegan and vegetarian options. I've tried most of their dishes and would recommend any of them. Great portion sizes, I always end up needing a to-go box. The atmosphere and vibe since the remodel and opening back for dine-in is absolutely lovely. They have put a lot of effort into a pleasant vibe, aesthetic and overall experience. The servers are all pleasant and accomodating, as are the hosts. I've met the owners a few times and they're very nice, fun people. They do not de-tail thier shrimp which is uncommon, so be prepared for that. (They ARE deveined though.) They have some really nice mixed alcoholic drinks and even Soju. Very tasty. They even have a decent boba tea selection. Really the only complaints I have are the lack of pork dishes and maybe that thier tapioca pearls are softer than I'd personally like but thats personal preference more than anything. I just get the popping boba instead. It's basically perfect.

The Gyzoza(?) dumplings appetizer was cold and the dipping sauce that accompanied it lacked flavor. For some reason the Pad Thai sat in a tangy sauce and didn't taste like I'm used to. These weren't major issues but I will try different items if there's a next time. The server had a hard time remembering me and went long periods in between stages of service.
