Minsky's Pizza

Ok so I have to have cauliflower crust and fount Minsky's has that. (Large size too! Most places only have one size) I see the "Cheeseburger pizza with pickles and mustard" and I'm all what the what??? I ask the server about it and he was like to judge it just give it a try, it's our best seller. So I reply, when in Kansas right??. RIGHT! It was the weirdest yet most satisfying taste. It made my brain go... Whaaaaaa. And my taste buds to scream YES! .... I LOVED it. Thank goodness I try new things!

This place needs new cooks and managers I have never seen food from this place come out of that kitchen that was so bad. Chicken wings still had feathers on then the boneless wings were so over cooked and hard and served on a plate with a dirty lettuce leaf. Staff members on their phones as well as the cook yes the dinning room wasn't busy we were the only ones after a small rush me being a general manager of an out of state restaurant the look wasn't at all professional. I will give credit to how fast the turn around was after a small rush our server was was pretty good from start to finish. 3/26/22

Went to Minsky's for pizza but their menu also had a fried chicken sandwich on it! Really, really difficult for me to pass up a fried chicken sandwich, so that's what I ordered and it was delicious. I like to dress them up with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and sometimes cheese, then pour ranch and wing sauce over them. Also had their chicken strip app and they were very good too. Takeaway here is, don't pass up Minsky's because you think they only serve pizza! Plenty of other options that they do very well too! Unfortunately, completely forgot to take pictures as we were with some friends and family that distracted me with conversation. The nerve! 🤣

Have ordered pizza from this place for some time now, but have just never been blown away by it. The crust is OK, but is not spot on. The toppings are OK, but not spectacular. The weirdest part is that if you order online, you get asked about what sauce you want, which sounded like sauces on the side for dipping... even though marinara or tomato sauce is not provided as an option, if you choose the sauce option, you get that as the main sauce on your pizza. Sooooo, good but not great ...
