First Watch

During a couple of visits there have had a few hiccups (burnt sausage, an omelette gone wrong). However, overall the service has been good. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. And, you get a nice bang for your buck. The food is generally good. I love the fact they offer more than your standard piggy meat for breakfast. The pancakes and waffles are huge. But, as a fan of french toast I can not recommend that. This place is always packed. There are two ways to deal with this. One is with the app. It will help get your name on the list. The other is to arrive when they first open. The early bird get the carrot cake pancakes.

This review is not about the food but more about the service. I placed a to go order at 9:20am on a Sunday morning. I received an email notification at 9:30 saying that my order had been received & that it would be ready at 10:00. I arrived at 10:05 and my order was not ready. I was told that the kitchen was “slammed” and wait times were longer than usual. I can understand that so I waited patiently. During that time I watched a few people come in after I did to dine in. I watch them wait to be seated & get their food before I did. I asked the female at the register 2 different times could she check on my food. One time she said it was not ready, they are starting to cook it...THIS WAS AT 10:45!!!! Finally my food comes out approx 11:12am. This is unacceptable, First Watch you have to do better. Just some advice, don’t do a to order on the weekends because clearly they can’t handle the workload!

We really enjoyed having breakfast from here. The options were surprisingly healthy and there were a decent amount of options. I ordered the bacon and avocado omelette and asked for it cooked soft. It was perfect besides the eggs being over cooked but just bacon and avocado with some cheese might just become my favorite omelette to eat. I can't wait to try what else is on the menu in the future.

I love the food here. I don’t think the staff is equipped to do dining inside and ordering online. I have been waiting almost 45 minutes for food. I understand that we are under COVID but don't set a time for the food to be ready when ordering and not have the food done even remotely to the time that they said it would be ready. The front staff ladies are very nice and I'm not blaming anyone it would just make more sense to have the staff needed to address the high demand especially on a Sunday.

I really wanted to like this place. But the quality of the food wasn't like I had expected, especially for the price. For somewhere that says always fresh I was really expecting the food to be more lush. Everything was dry. The pancakes, the eggs. Seems like it was all just slapped together. Like no care went into the preparation. A waste of $40 for 2 breakfast. For what I got i might as well gone to IHOP or McDonald's.

Food was amazing! Service was impeccable!! Can't wait to go back because the portions were amazing as well. Expected smaller portions but for the price point I was dumbfounded by how big the french toast was the skillet grill was and I was super full!! Make sure you get a chocolate chip pancake or any pancake as well They would like the size of my face

This restaurant is my first choice place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. when I want to go to a proper meal, this place comes instantly to my mind. fresh and food and a large list of dishes.courteous staff, and good vibes. Also, the expence is fair. I sent my friends to this restaurant with no hesitation.
