Phenomenal lunch. Got the platter and split it with my friend. Two large pieces of fish, two hush puppies, six shrimp, fries, and crispness. I can't describe how good this lunch was. The fries: the best I've ever had from a fast food restaurant. The shrimp: perfect. Hush puppies: shut yo' mouth.
I honestly never thought I would bother to review a fast food restaurant. Long John Silver's in Latrobe is the best fast food I've eaten in 20 years.

It was the worst experience my family and I ever had. First, the food was very greedy and undercooked. There was only two people working! Good job and all for keeping up on your customers. But the food made me, and three other family members sick. SICK!! The cashier added items onto our order for each person the things we didn't want included. Which made the cost of the meal a lot more expensive. There was just so much that made the experience worse. 0/10

Everything was served fast and hot! The chicken tenders and hush puppies were fried to perfection! I have made a 1 star deduction because the floor was filthy with greasy footprints and the staff didn't seem totally up to par with cleanliness standards.

Very rude staff! Did not want us to order food?! The manager Matthew was rude and disrespectful to my family.
His behavior was not appropriate, and if his behavior represents Long John Silver's, I will never eat there again, and I will make sure all of my friends and associates are aware of Long John Silvers's attitude and disrespect towards families. Highly inappropriate behavior from manager Matthew!!
