I at least would not recommend going early in the morning, prior to 8AM. Each time I had I received day-old donuts, with very cold and inedible food. The hashbrowns, as you can see, are obviously completely inedible. I fell ill shortly after eating the remaining wraps and donuts. I've been to countless Dunkin locations, this was by far the worst. I most certainly won't be back to this one, primarily due to health concerns.

I enjoy Dunkin breakfast sandwiches with the different types of bacon. Latte's are good, wish they made them with crushed ice though. Definitely gets busy but the staff handles it pretty well. I never really wait long and I've been in the line inside and the drive through and the lines seem to go quick. Definitely recommend Dunkin even though everyone already goes there.

Dunkin’ Latrobe has lost a loyal customer today. I go to this location 5-7 days a week. I spent at a minimum $50 weekly. Today I went in to explain that two days ago I ordered on the mobile app but when I came to the store it was dark inside and the lights were off so I left, understandably assuming that they were closed. While explaining the situation to the an employee, Amber, who I believe is the manager, treated me very poorly and as if I was stealing a less than $5 coffee from them. She reluctantly and with a hostile attitude allowed an employee to re-make my drink. After years of being a loyal customer, I have decided not to return. I will go to the new coffee shop, 512 coffee and ice cream on Ligonier street In Latrobe instead. They serve their coffee with a side of customer service which is great for a loyal customer like me.

We went to Dunkin this morning for coffee and donuts. Although they were very busy Utopia was VERY friendly and was moving very fast to make sure everyone was satisfied. I gave it a4 star only because a couple other employees I thought were a bit rude. I usually don’t complain at all but my coffee tasted like it had a couple shots of wild berry in it, which is unusual since it was a French vanilla, probably an honest mistake. One of the workers was a bit rude about it BUT Utopia came in and handled the situation wonderfully! She even checked to see how it tasted before I left. Great employee!!!

This morning was the third time in a row that we’ve ordered two hot lattes and both drinks get handed to us so completely cold that you can feel that it’s cold through the cup. They clearly know that they aren’t giving us hot drinks, apparently it’s too difficult or too time consuming to steam the milk. We have to bring them home and heat them up ourselves. The employees very obviously don’t take their job seriously on top of that. Back to Starbucks we go.
