Great personal staff or lack of. The Asian man seems to be the only person there when I go and he really has to work hard because he has lots of people that go there. They are really understaffed but his skill set is excellent as well as his temperament. It’s a lot cheaper using the post office is than it is some of these hole in the wall quick postal spots.

Went straight from work. Got there about 3:30 pm. Line to the door. Ok. No problem. I wait. Some people ahead of me leave. Yay! Although it makes me nervous if the were here before I and already giving up so far from the front. But I'm in it to win it. I'm gonna get my tracking scan. I wait. Realize there is only ONE lady in the entire place! Um, sounds dangerous to me, let alone the fact that one person is expected to do all the different jobs that most locations have at least 3. Anyway, I continue to wait. It's now 3:55. Wishing this location had a self kiosk so I could have just gotten my scan way back when. 🤷♀️. Ok. I'm close. One l guy being helped and one lady ahead of me. The employee announces at 4, she is taking a break. Ummm, what, I have already been waiting 40 min in a space with other people and no a/C. I watch the guy finish, I watch the lady in front of me head of. I'm itching to just beg for my scan. . She repeats that she is going on a 15 min break at 4 (they close at 4:30...?) Some lady at the back of the lie asks if she could go in front of all of us that had been waiting to buy one stamp. Um, lady, I don't need to buy anything. I only need a receipt. Doesn't matter as the employee closes the gate and refuses my pleads cause I've got to get home. Nope. Had to sit and wait 15 min. I needed the scan for my business so couldn't forget it and had no time to leave and get to another location on time (that wasn't the complete opposite direction from home). What could take 2-3 min if no one is in front of me, took 45 min. Hire some people or close the location or get a self kiosk.

No kiosk and only one worker at front. Have like 10 people ahead of me right now as of Dec.1.2020 around 10am. It’s moving very slow but people are nice respectful with masks and good social distances apart. Really wish they had kiosks though. 3 stars.

I have been with this post office since 2009-2021 and I have never had a problem until 10/01/2021. I request my mail to be forwarded out of state. And just about 2 weeks have passed and nothing has been updated or filed. So I came into the post office today to find out what happened to my mail. There are 2 individual employees whom treated me as if they didn’t want to give me or deal with me as a customer.
Now if it wasn’t for( Wasenya )taken over and trying to help me I would have given less stars and I would have been a very disgruntled customer. Thank you so much for going out of your way making sure things was done correctly and giving me confirmation. So when I move I know we did do things correctly on our end.

Postal Employee Lynn at the Maryland Parkway Vegas NV location is aggressive, rude and extremely disrespectful. Lynn damaged our items, and threw a temper tantrum in front of other customers.Dec 10, 2020

Mark Anthony and Wasenya I can say from my experience they are two of the best employees you have, I had so many questions and their patients was awesome. They answered every question I had, and walked me through the form process. Thank you both again you guy’s Rock.

Went to this post office today, twice. Horrible experience. The broad working sent me away without even looking up my Certified Mail. She said General Delivery goes to a different location. I then went to that location and the lady was much more help although they could not tell me where my package was so they took my phone number and told me they would call me when they located it or figured it out after that I called the USPS line and that lady Told me she was gonna figure it out and put me on hold. She said I was at the right location the first time& she said she would call the Maryland Pkwy post office and have them hold the package. We get back there and the lady was still reluctant to help us until my husband, who is much more stern than me, told her we are getting our package and it’s there. She found my Mail immediately after actually looking. But denied having my husbands package which turned out to be sitting right next to her as well.
I’m from out of town and my certified Mail was my stimulus check that is getting me back home. This was terrible service.
The other woman working at this office is always nice & helpful though.

The absolute worst customer service ever!!
1ST the person who was handling my package had no clue about my pre paid shipping I did online Click-N-Ship it was just ridiculous to figure it out and didn’t put it in the right envelope which I paid for particularly and said it’s okay same thing..
I’d never go to that office again, might don’t even use USPS all together for such terrible laking of knowledge whoever work there.
