Burger King

Most of the reviews here dont understand that this BK has been short staffed, underpaid, and poorly ran by management so badly that they had to literally close the store. The food was pretty good when you get everything fresh, but that doesnt always happen. And now we get to see if it's ever going to re-open. Fingers crossed but I wouldn't keep my hope up.

We ordered our food and waited in line for well over 8 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us. We got our food and one burger wasnt even close to what we ordered and the other sandwiches were warm at best. Then it took another 10 minutes for them to fix the sandwich that wasnt right and the lady was rude as heck, the kid that brought it to the car was very nice though. I will never eat at this Burger King again, worth the extra drive to go to the legends.

This has turned me off to Burger King forever! We go there for dinner and have a coupon for the family bundle and the employee said "we can't do those right now we are short staffed". Why are you even opened? This is not the first time we've had issues with this place. One time they closed the whole place during business hours for a staff meeting. Run your business better!!!!

I'm usually pleasantly pleased at the Lansing KS Burger King. And this experience was not an exception. The chicken sandwich was correct (I'm a picky eater) and fresh and delicious. 12/14/2021: definitely need to figure out quality control. I'm pretty sure my husband ordered chicken nuggets not cremated nuggets. As well as my mozzarella sticks being burnt.

So I visited this Burger King in Lansing KS just now and ordered my kids meals and my wife’s salad and I ordered a whopper for me which I had gotten on the app an offer for a free whopper with purchase and redeemed for in store purchase and I received the code for it. I pulled up to the window and flashed my code on my phone and the employee says I can’t use that. I said what do you mean you can’t use it and he said you have to use that online. I said no I don’t it’s redeemed for in store purchase he says I need a number not a code. The code said MGR REQ which after calling customer service while waiting in the drive through I discover this code means Manager Required. This Employee claimed to be the Manager and the customer service rep said if he was the Manager then he can approve it. This Employee at this point Starts yelling at me through the window and refused to take my payment and give me my order. I said fine I’ll pay for the whopper. This Employee still continued to not take my payment and give me my order. I was left with no choice but to drive off with out my families Dinner. This place has been the worst fast food place I have ever experienced in my whole life every since they came back from the fire they had that shut them down. I will never return to this place and I hope to at least save just one person from the anxiety and stress I just went through. Do yourself a favor and pass on this particular Burger King. It’s not worth it!

I went inside yesterday to pick up a DoorDash order because although there wasn't one customer to be seen ANYWHERE, they won't let you pick up delivery orders at the drive thru, go figure!?Kind of glad it happened that way though because the inside (and outside) of this place is FILTHY! No way I'd ever order or eat anything from here. Apparently the local health department doesn't make visits to this BK! It really was horrible.
