The last couple times I was at subway I’ve been disappointed with it but the service, staff, and food was great at this subway :) thanks to the guys inside.

Power was out. Everywhere in Lansing was packed. On my way home and stopped in for fast and pleasant service Pop machine was out But was able to get a cup of ice. Thanks for the Friendly Service.

This Subway is the best between South Lansing and DeWitt. The bread is always soft and fresh, the staff are so friendly, the service is quick, and the store is clean. This location offers $5 weekly specials and has Android/Google Pay.

They guys that worked today were so nice, timely and helpful. I didn't feel rushed and my order was pretty picky but they made my sandwich perfect!😊 and provided great customer service! The store was also clean. I've worked fast food for many years and I know people only comment when they have recived bad service so I try to comment when I remember lol. Great customer service goes a long way! (Time 3:00pm to 3:15) Saturday 1/27/18
