Wendy's

With a typical Wendy's menu, and floor plan, it's typical in those regards. However, service was exceptionally fast, and the employees were very courteous and pleasant. Located on South Cedar Street in Lansing Michigan just a couple blocks from the corner of E. Michigan Ave. & S. Cedar St. If you're ever wanting Wendy's, and you're in the area, I assure you, you won't be disappointed if you go into this location.

I don’t expect a Michelin Star experience from Wendy’s. I want hot food and a person who smiles at me. This place always delivers for me. Their counterparts in other stores in Lansing could learn from these folks. Plus, they’re always open when they’re supposed to be, unlike one of their other locations that has actually turned off their lights on me 2 hours before their posted close time while I was pulling through the drive through…

There is always a long line of customers during lunch time when I seek their services. Everytime I do come here I feel like they are overworked and underappreciated. But they always have provided me with exactly what I need In a timely fashion. This last time there was a long drive thru line so I went in. I witnessed a manager turn a grumpy customer into a happy one because mistakes happen and they can make it right. The service I received was great and the same manager asked me directly about my order to assist. Hard workers at this location. Good food.
