I had a very nice encounter with the owner at U-Haul where I work and he gave me and my two coworkers free sub meals. Great guy and very nice helping us guys out with dinner. Store was great too and worker there was nice. Would recommend this place to anyone !

I'm giving five stars to the employee who has to work by herself and take phone call orders and keep the food bar supplied, just to mention a few things. She's worked there a long time and always gives 100% with a smile, she knows how to make a sandwich, and keep the line moving. Very unfair that management wants to save a buck and not hire more full-timers to help her out.

I just got a sub today (12:00PM, May 30) and the two ladies working were so kind & patient despite there being NO AC and NO COLD WATER OR ICE in the building. Amazing people working, however, I felt bad for them. It’s 85° and they don’t even have access to cool air or cold water. Whomever owns this Subway needs to put more money into it & take better care of their workers. Again, whomever was working today and took my order and made my sandwich, y’all deserve better and thank you for being there.

We go to this location all the time because it is right by Soccer Zone. There's a guy that works there and he is awful. Slow, rude.. I normally dread it but thw kids love subway today there was a middle aged lady there and she was AMAZING! So friendly making conversation. She was polite, worked so fast. Definitely a vast improvement!

Got a steak/egg breakfast sandwich this morning (2/12/22 @ 10:30am), and the awesome lady who made it took the time to cook the eggs separately and it was hands down the best sandwich I've ever gotten from any Subway. Combine that with her fun personality, and there's just not another Subway in town that's worth your time. Holt location is much closer to me, but they'll never see me again, thanks!

Today wasn't the best experience. I go twice a week and the younger two employees female/male team that are usually there give me the best service everytime. They kill it together. However, the older female/male team wasn't a pleasant experience today. He was distracted or half listening so I got the wrong bread and didn't add the extra cheese I wanted. Then she (def 40's) was irritated I wanted to add things to the sub. I've never heard that the specialty subs come as is and if that's the case I'll order it as a BYO. The meat would be the same so I'll still be charged as said specialty sandwich. Idk what she was saying made no sense. I was very polite though I was irritated by their lack of professionalism. Pro tip don't call your customers by lil nicknames like hun, sweetie etc. A person like me hates that. Just to avoid making someone uncomfortable use more professional terms in a professional environment.All in all it's a regular subway I think it's the employees that have a big impact on your experience.
