Waffle House

Our waffles, bacon and eggs were cooked to PERFECTION! Our waitress was so nice and our orders were spot-on. The restaurant was clean (not even remotely sticky), and the turn over was impressive. Whoever is running this particular Waffle House is doing a great job...somebody at corporate should take note of this location! The staff seemed happy to be there, all smiles and upbeat, which made us feel the same way during our visit. Only a couple of miles from Great Wolf Lodge, I suggest everyone hop in their cars and drive over for a meal. 4 adults and 2 children had full breakfast meals, drinks and coffee for under $80. Hard to beat. Plenty of parking, handicap accessible, and super kid-friendly.

Our breakfast here was great. Because it's waffle house the food was like every other waffle house (which it should be) and it was cooked at its best version (which shouldn't be an exception but it is) The restaurant was super clean and the only thing sticky was our waffles. Not the floors, walls, seats or salt shakers. Our server, Charlotte, was top notch and made sure we were well taken care of without hovering. I don't know if we'll ever be back in LaGrange but we'd definitely come back here if we were.

Kind, courteous and a joy to watch when short staffed. When going to any restaurant establishment just remember the times we're experiencing and how much harder they're having to work when no one else wants too. I watched as one server tackled (the only server) worked through a rush with 2 other employees battled the crowd. GOOD JOB. THANK YOU.
