Dunkin'

New Manager Trish, has really driven this store down hill. Every time I go through the drive thru and she's working or taking orders, it's wrong. Every single time. Its ridiculous that she can't get my order right ONCE. Its been months now of this and it's just obnoxious to have to deal with someone who does such a terrible job at an easy job. Like I understand someone NEW, performing their job so terribly, can't understand how we're still here months later. On top of that she's extremely rude. I've been extremely kind all things considered. But I've had enough, my experience hasn't gotten better. Wish we could have the prior management back. They were kind, fast and got orders correct. I dont care if she's rude, id settle for her just getting ONE order right. I would never come here again, but its a block away from me, and going else where is inconvenient.

Ordered through the app at 5:01am right when they opened. I got there about 5-10min later, I went inside to pickup & only 1 lady was working. The driver through had a line. They tv showed my order was ready... it was not! I didn't get my order until almost 5:25am!! Ridiculous!!! And for some reason this location ALWAYS messes up my iced coffee order! I try not to go to this location.

The staff were really great and understanding to me. I was honestly really disoriented by the menu but the barista calmly explained things to me even when I was being obtuse. I thank her so much for her patience. The place looked clean, although my brother said the males bathroom was very disordered, so maybe beware.
