I was on a outing with a disabled person and Samatha went above and beyond to welcome us. She checked on us to see if everything was ok and allowed my friend to adjust the straws in her pocket. Thanks we will surly be back to our now “favorite “ McDonalds!

This is the McDonald's on Johnston street in Lafayette across from the UL Campus. Excellent food , friendly and efficient service. We ate outside since the weather was so lovely.

Although, they did mess up on my Big Mac, after placing a specific kiosk order stating "no cheese", extra lettuce which I paid .30 cents for only to get the same or less than the standard amount, I was at least given I think 2 extra pickles for that upgrade. But everything was very fresh, the no salted fries as requested were on point and the restaurant looked very clean so yeah almost all 5's...

After thousands of dollars spent on McDonald’s in the Lafayette area over the past several years I figured it was about time I gave this to particular McDonald’s the credit it’s due. This McDonald’s consistently out performs all other McDonald’s in the area in speed, customer service, and most importantly, quality. It is has been ranked #1 on my list for a long time and will likely continue to do so.
