Starbucks

My favorite Location, never had any problems there love them. But today it was weird and i feel like the kid you guys had at drive thru today like around 6:30 pm needs to be talk to, young one with the long hair, answers with a weird attiituted starting from the speaker "FOR WHOOO?" Then way before i got to the window my drink was already all the way out in his hand handind it over to the air lol like OK? looked at me crazy when i said i was missing a drink and ask "what your missing something" answered yes he went and got it, then i said THANK YOU HAVE A GOOD NIGHT ♡ and then this kid turns its back to me and said yeah u too. Like what did i do? Lol im always nice and that attitud is not ok for a place wr i always get nice ppl to take my orders so its sad.im still giving a 5 star but i hope he does better next time or i hope i dnt get to see him taking myborder if he still going to talk like that 🙏

I go to this location 28th and National San Diego California almost everyday. Today was different they had the most nicest barista working there that I never seen before. She took the time to tell me good morning, and she asked me my name and if it was a mobile order. She gave me my drink and she said have a wonderful day! I been going there for 2 years and I have never been treated like she did. I go in around 5:00 am or a little bit after and most of the times the employees don’t even look at me or say good morning or have a great day. Sometimes I stand there waiting for my mobile order and they don’t even ask me anything I have to go get their attention. Well the Barista today was Kate I went and thank her for being so nice and I told her she was very nice and that she made me day. She did tell me she was going to be transferred I told her that was too bad cause they need more baristas like her in that all Starbucks specially that one.. it would be nice to see a happy face everyday when I get my coffee. So Kate thank you for taking the time to make me feel welcome.. whoever your boss is she needs a raise.. by the way my cinnamon dolce lattte was perfect!!!
